Delivery is atrocious. Constantly losing my order or items in my order. Not sure if Panera's fault or DoorDash's fault. To their credit the customer service team does a good job of attempting to correct it.
Are y'all the new chick fil a? Because your login/forgot password setup is totally screwed up and can't be done via app. Seems counterproductive to force me to go to a computer to be able to login via app even with the reset password email...
Can't find stores unless you share location data with the app.
Great app when its working, not sure who's genius idea it was to always run "essential system maintenance" at like 1 in the afternoon.
App no longer works even on reliable internet and Google has decided to delete my previous review, so no further explanation will be given.
Really poor app on Android. When it works it's great but needs a LOT of work on usability and performance.
App is broken now, keeps saying it can't connect, as a sip club member this is unacceptable
Always crashes never works
App crashes, shows error messages, and annoying popups. The pick up orders themselves always take longer than the estimate, so you end up waiting at the restaurant and messing up your schedule.
Why is this app so broke down and horrible STILL? I swear it gets worse every year. You also have to delete the app to make an order online. Panera needs to fire anyone and everyone they've ever hired for their website/app. It's been years and it's still useless. Makes no sense.
